We use this mat quite a bit. It is nice because it folds up. Also, it is very durable.

I purchased this mat to do basic exercises at home. I find it to be easy to get out & put away. It provides a solid, cushioning surface that protects me from the hard floor, but is not so soft as to be a hindrance to exercise. I am very pleased with this purchase!

This is a great exercise mat to get- particularly when you live in a tiny apartment with little space for working out. The mat fits neatly under my couch when not in use… I only wish I was motivated to get it out more. Great for ab work; comfortable, firm support for your back.
