    this matt is great for achy joints, it cushions nicely for different poses (still new to the names) and all though it is a bit long for my height, i love it!! it gives me leeway if i do slide, or slip and fall ( im still quite inflexible)plus with the color i cant lose it. it did have a odor when i oppened it( i do also have a very sensitive nose),but i unfolded it for a while, rolled it up loosely, and after a couple days it went away.

    I am extremely pleased with the service of Amazon. The item arrived in a very short time, well packed, and I must say, well priced. The item concerned is of excellent quality and serves its purpose well. I find most mats too thin causing eventual joint pain where one contacts the floor. For this reason I was looking for the thickest mat I could find and came up trumps.
