There is a little assembly required for the Stamina Air Rower, but due to its resilient looking frame this is no surprise. The black and chrome look to this rower is very modern and state of the art, so you’ll be eager to get it assembled as quickly as possible. And you will.

Assembly is very easy. The Air Rower is a straight rower, and it does this job well. It focuses on the arms, but the possibilities for a more general workout targeting legs or other muscle areas is possible. This machine operates via wind resistance, like many of its competitors.
